Matthew Wilson is a co-founder of Penten, a Canberra-based cybersecurity business that is growing rapidly today. In this episode, Adam speaks to Matthew about how Penten has grown to become a cybersecurity stalwart, and how his business manages their own security when security is their trade. At the Telstra Business Awards, Penten was Telstra’s 2018 Business of the Year, and also picked up the Medium & Making Waves Award. Matthew Wilson is a co-founder at Penten, a rapidly expanding, Canberra-based, cybersecurity business. In four years, Penten has grown to employ 55 engineers supporting defence and national security clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Matthew is a successful tech entrepreneur with almost 20 years’ experience in the development and commercialisation of cybersecurity and communications technologies. In 2018, Penten won the Telstra Business Award for Business of the Year, as well as Medium & Making Waves Award.
