Benjamin Mills is passionate about helping SMBs grow with digital skills. Before joining Google, he worked in digital marketing for telecom and media businesses in Australia and Britain. Paul leads the team at Facebook responsible for helping advertisers and agencies maximise its use as a core marketing platform. He grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and graduated from the University of Ulster with an honours degree in business studies. He joined Facebook in 2013 and is now responsible for its customer-facing teams and revenue in Australia and New Zealand. Before joining Facebook he moved to Australia in 2005 and worked with Experian for 12 years. He managed the acquisition and integration of digital businesses into Experian Digital's APAC portfolio, gaining key skills in data, analytics and technology in the Financial Services, Travel and Retail sectors. At Facebook his work gives customers the tools to measure and monitor their Facebook presence, focusing on enabling them to scale performance marketing and achieve brand objectives.

Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, ELK fashion and accessories

Nelly has more than 15 years' experience working in fashion and lifestyle marketing with some of Australia's most successful fashion and accessories labels, including sass & bide and MIMCO, as well as international labels such as Lee Jeans, Levi's and EMI Music. She also held strategic consultancy roles with Witchery, Bloom Cosmetics, Camilla & Marc and Thr1ve foods. Nelly's skills and experience combine an academic background in psychology and marketing with a passion for identifying brand DNA to deliver business solutions with a consumer focus. In her marketing and communications role at the ELK, Nelly works with co-founders Marnie Goding and Adam Koniaras to bring ELK's retail, wholesale and digital marketing goals to life.

Brendan Donohoe

Brendan is a seasoned ICT Executive Director, with a career spanning 25 years in the industry. In his current role as Executive Director Small Business at Telstra, Brendan is responsible for providing technology, support and growth opportunities for over one million Australian small businesses. Prior to this role, Brendan held a number of senior executive roles across Telstra's business customer segments, with responsibility for strategic products such as cloud, security, data & IP, mobiles and unified communications for small and medium businesses. Over this time, he has deployed cloud and network applications and services to over tens of thousands of customers and played a key role building this into a multi-million dollar growth market for Telstra. Brendan holds an MBA and Diploma of Electrical Engineering, which together with his passion for small business, is a great combination for helping small businesses use technology to thrive.

Eliza Gower works at one of Australia's fastest-growing companies and a leader in innovation, disruption and values-based company culture. She believes that companies and brands have a unique opportunity to connect people and a responsibility to effect positive change and facilitate a more genuine, human experience. Previously the Content Manager at Intrepid, she moved to Vinomofo for the opportunity to further develop the tribe-building reputation the company has established and to help drive their creative content strategy. She's an expert in content marketing and is passionate about using content to build brand aligned growth. When not at work, you'll find her stumbling down the cobbled lanes of far off cities, eating cheese, drinking pinot, talking to strangers.

Jeremy Nicholas leads marketing for Telstra's Brand, Consumer and Small Business. In business for over 20 years, he has spent the majority of his time as a strategist and leader for globally influential creative companies in UK and Australia. Previously the VP, Head of Global Product Marketing and VP, Global Football Sponsorship at Visa, Jeremy has a passion for football, technology and for corporate leadership. His work in these creative industries has been balanced with broader commercial experience, being on the leadership team of a company that built and sold a business over 10 years, a member of the global leadership team of a publicly listed company, and even a board member of A-league football team Sydney FC.

Harry is focused on the customer experience and building out customer communications which focus on the ROI - given the exciting change of pace makes it a really exciting role! Before starting at Telstra, he built and ran some of the most successful digital teams for Australia's largest brands with domestic and global responsibilities. He has worked across Financial Services, ran a Winery and worked in business development for an advertising agency. He has a Master's of Business in Marketing.
